Atmosphere at Red Rocks

Thank you to the folks of Colorado who welcomed us so graciously at Red Rocks. We were able to distribute 500 doses of overdose reversal medication and 200 fentanyl detection test, in ONE HOUR!

We met so many beautiful people who were willing to be trained on how to reverse an overdose. To the woman from San Jose, who gave me a big teary hug, the man from the museum, and the not so undercover federal agents that wanted to learn more about harm reduction and the danger in the drug supply, I will never forget you.

Biggest thank you to the folks at Smoke Works Harm Reduction for helping us with supplies, and to Zachary and Erin for helping with extra medications, you two were so missed. And to my husband for learning, educating and advocating, and letting me highjack a day of our vacation to give back to the community.
